All of County Durham as standard. We also travel to Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Hartlepool, Northumberland, Teesside, and North Yorkshire. Travel fees may apply.
Yes — bundling unlocks a discounted package rate. Our most popular combo is the 360 Booth + Keychain Booth + Video Guestbook for weddings.
Once confirmed, your date is immediately blocked in our Google Calendar system for each service booked. You'll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite.
14+ days before: full refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: no refund, but we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.
360° and smile booth clips are available via QR on the night and in your gallery within 24–48 hours. Video guestbook reels: 5–7 business days. Full event videography: 2–3 weeks.
Our Keychain Booth prints a miniature photo that slots into a branded keychain frame — an instant physical keepsake guests take home on the night. No app or phone required.
